These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mental health care application “Manasik” provided by Manasik Care Pvt. Ltd (“Manasik”). By accessing or using the mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the mobile application.
You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the mobile application. By using the mobile application, you represent that you meet these requirements and accept these Terms.
The mobile application provides mental health care appointment setting services, including access to professional help resources and mental health professionals. The mobile application is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the mobile application. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.
You agree to use the mobile application responsibly and to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the mobile application to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities or to harass, defame, or infringe upon the rights of others.
Your use of the Manasik mobile application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Manasik mobile application, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Communications with mental health professionals through the Manasik mobile application are confidential, except as required by law. You agree not to disclose confidential information about others obtained through the Manasik mobile application.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Manasik mobile application. By posting or sharing content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Certain features or services within the Manasik mobile application may require payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of these features or services as outlined in the Manasik mobile application.
All content and materials provided through the Manasik mobile application, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent from the Company.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Manasik mobile application, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.
The failure of the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision herein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Manasik mobile application at any time for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Manasik mobile application.
The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Manasik mobile application after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lahore / Islamabad.
